Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliate company is Supernova Lending, LLC. Supernova Lending, LLC offers services under the trademark "Supernova Technology".
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Supernova Companies does not share your personal information for marketing purposes with nonaffiliated companies so they can market to you.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include Registered Investment Advisors, independent broker dealers, insurance companies, and trust companies.
